Public hearing and consideration of an application for a conditional use permit for an 80 unit assisted living & memory care housing facility with licensing for a community based residential facility (CBRF) & residential care apartment complex (RCAC), 653-661 Ban Tara Lane (south of Center Drive & east of Carmichael Road) – Blue Jay Properties, LLC.
