NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

of Hudson, Wisconsin
Notice is hereby given that the city of Hudson plan commission will conduct public hearings on Thursday, March 25, 2010, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to hear public comment in regard to applications for conditional use permits:
- Linder’s Greenhouse, Inc. / Caio Cella to operate a seasonal / temporary garden center at the Plaza 94 south parking lot for the period of March 15 through July 20. The approximate area is 132 feet by 40 feet and located on the west side of the south parking lot of Plaza 94 (just east of 18th Street and north of Coulee Road). The legal description of the property is Block F, Clymers Commercial Addition, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
- Duffy Development Company to have two, three-story multiple-family residential structures in the Heritage Greens planned residential development on part of Outlot 4 (also referred to as P5), Heritage Market subdivision, east of Linden (private street) and south of Ivy Green (private street). The legal description of the property is part of Outlot 4, Heritage Market, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
