NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given, that the city of Hudson plan commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 27, 2010, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment in regard to an application for a conditional use permit by Dean K. Hanson, 1001 First Street to construct a staircase on his property at 1001 First Street. The stair case is proposed to be located on the west side of his residence near the southwest corner of his lot. The application is being reviewed pursuant to City of Hudson Zoning Code, Section 255-18, St. Croix River Wild and Scenic Riverway (Chapter NR 118, Standard for the Lower St. Croix River National Scenic Riverway).
