Public hearing and consideration of an application to amend the conditional use permit for the Red Cedar Canyon planned residential development to add two one-family residential lots abutting the proposed northerly extension of Bayberry Court (north of East Canyon Drive) increasing the number of one-family lots in that area from 13 to 15 – Hans Hagen Homes.
4. Final plat, Red Cedar Canyon Bayberry Court East, nine, one-family residential lots, abutting the proposed northerly extension of Bayberry Court (north of East Canyon Drive) – Hans Hagen Homes.
5. St. Croix Riverway Regulations – Municipal Code, § 255-18 – Community Development Director (update on remaining issues and adoption schedule).
6. Amendments to Municipal Code Chapter 202 Signs – Community Development Director and City Attorney.

majority of the City Council may be present at the aforementioned meeting of
the Plan Commission to gather information about a subject over which they have
decision-making responsibility. This
constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v.
Greendale Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as
such, although the Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
