Notice of Public Hearing

City of Hudson, Wisconsin

Notice is hereby given, that the city of Hudson plan commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. (this will be a second of two public hearings), city hall council chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to hear public comment in regard to an application for conditional use permit by Blue Jay Properties, LLC for a 78 unit assisted living and memory care housing project at 653, 655, 657 and 661 Ban Tara Lane. The facility is proposed to receive licensing from the State of Wisconsin for a residential care apartment complex (RCAC) and community based residential facility (CBRF). The legal description of the property is part of the SW1/4, NW1/4, NW1/4 of Section 3, T29N, R19W, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
