NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given, that the city of Hudson, Wisconsin plan commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 28, 2010, 7:00 p.m. City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI to invite public comment in regard to an application for a conditional use permit by Trierweiler Construction & Supply Co., Inc. to allow the operation of a temporary (8-12 days total) concrete batch plant to supply concrete for the pavement for WI Dept of Transportation projects located on USH 35 near River Falls. The proposed concrete batch plant location is in part of the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 in the northwest corner of the Mimbach Quarry site, 2700 Hanley Road in an I-2, General Industrial District.
