SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL

CITY OF HUDSON

June 17, 2006

Meeting called to order by Mayor Jack Breault in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 9:00 a.m.

PRESENT: Mayor Breault, Alderpersons Randy Morrissette, Dennis O’Connell, Lee Wyland, and Carah Koch.

ABSENT: Alderpersons Paul Radermacher and Scot O’Malley.

ALSO PRESENT: Ann Carlson, Devin Willi.

APPLICATION OF HUDSON AREA JAYCEES FOR TEMPORARY CLASS “B”/”CLASS B” RETAILER’S LICENSE TO SELL WINE JUNE 17, 2006, AT THE RIVER ROCK EVENT IN LAKEFRONT PARK: MOTION by O’Connell, second by Radermacher, to approve the temporary Class “B”/”Class B” retailer’s license for the Hudson Area Jaycees to sell wine on June 17, 2006 in Lakefront Park. All ayes (4), MOTION CARRIED.

MOTION by O’Connell, second by Wyland, to adjourn the meeting. All ayes (4). MOTION CARRIED. Meeting adjourned at 9:02 a.m.
