SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OF MONDAY, APRIL 27, 2009

Meeting called to order by Council President Lori Bernard at 6:31 p.m.

PRESENT: Alderpersons Randy Morrissette, Pam Brokaw, Lori Bernard, Lee Wyland, Scot O’Malley and Alan Burchill.

ABSENT: Mayor Dean Knudson.

OTHERS PRESENT: Devin Willi, Jeanette Kunz and Michael Kunz.

REQUEST OF STONEWOOD FURNITURE, INC., TO AMEND THE PREMISES DESCRIPTION ON THEIR APPLICATION FOR CLASS C WINE LICENSE D/B/A DOLCE AT 106 BUCKEYE STREET: Motion by Wyland, second by O’Malley, to approve the request of Stonewood Furniture, Inc., to amend the premises description on their application for Class C Wine license d/b/a Dolce at 106 Buckeye Street. Brief discussion ensued concerning the plans for the restaurant. All ayes Motion carried.

MOTION by O’Malley, second by Brokaw to adjourn. All ayes. MOTION CARRIED at 6:34 p.m.
