NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 12, 2018, 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by Citizen’s State Bank to rezone St. Croix County tax parcel 236-2041-00-000 from B-2, General Business to RM-1, Multiple Family Residential and amend the City of Hudson comprehensive plan land use designation from General Commercial to Medium Density Residential. The 6.22 acre m/l property is generally located north of Hanley Road and west of Old Highway 35 South. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Hudson Common Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 12, 2018, 7:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment on a property rezoning application submitted by LandDevCo of Hudson, LLC to rezone a 5.54 acre m/l portion of St. Croix County tax parcel 236-2068-00-000 (previously known as 040-1025-70-000) from AR, Agriculture Residential to B-2, General Business. The property, previously located in the Town of Troy, is generally located south of Mayer Road and north of Riverview Drive.  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 12, 2018, 4:30 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment in regard to a proposed conditional use permit amendment for a planned commercial development / final master plan. The application for an amended conditional use permit, submitted by St. Croix Meadows, LLC, proposes a mixed use commercial / residential development including corporate and high tech office space; high tech manufacturing, technology, and research based business; baseball facility; hotel and conference center; retail; restaurants; and market rate multi-family housing. The subject area is located at 2200 Carmichael Road, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin and generally located south and east of Carmichael Road at the 130 acre parcel formerly known as the St. Croix Meadows racing facility. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment in regard to the consideration of the Plan Commission to approve a conditional use permit to construct a hillside lift (NR118.07(8) and City Code 255-18.A) at 1826 River Ridge Road. The property is located within the Lower St. Croix Riverway River Town Management Zone and is subject to the requirements of the City of Hudson Riverway Code and the State of Wisconsin NR 118.
