Public Hearing Notices

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Plan Commission of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin to invite public comment on two conditional use permit reviews:

- Plant Place, Inc. to operate a seasonal / temporary garden center for the period of April 15 to July 10 at 1800 Ward Avenue (Plaza 94 south parking lot). The approximate area is 64 feet x 154 feet of the southwest part of the parking lot. The legal description is part of Block F, Clymer’s Commercial Addition, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

- Offerman Enterprises, LLC (dba – Rustic Road Sales) / Larry Offerman to have an outdoor sales area in the I-1, Light Industrial District, (pursuant to Zoning Code 255-24, Uses) in conjunction with an online auction house at 1301 Gateway Circle. The legal address is part of the Gateway Business Center Condominium plat, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
