Property assessments are reviewed annually as per Wisconsin Statutes.  Any changes to the assessment records are based on what has been recorded with the St. Croix County Register of Deeds office as of January 1 of each year, the construction status of building permits as of January 1 of each year, sales transactions from the previous year and other issues.

The city of Hudson has a contract with Bowmar Appraisal, Inc. http://bowmarappraisal.com/ for all assessing services for 2016 and 2017.  The services include on-site review of residential, commercial and industrial properties.  Employees from Bowmar will be doing on-site inspections of 2016 building permits and sales periodically throughout January through July 2017.  We appreciate your cooperation with this process.

A representative from Bowmar will be scheduled each month to be available at City Hall, 505 Third Street (3rd floor), if an individual(s) would like to review and discuss the current assessed value of any property within the city.  The next scheduled date for appointments is Tueday, June 6, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Please contact Bowmar Appraisal to schedule an appointment.
