Debriefing session and discussions with Steve Clark at city hall council chambers
The purpose of the visit is for The League of American Bicyclists to provide:

- Hands on technical assessment with Steve Clark, The League of American Bicyclists of the city of Hudson's bicycling infrastructure, via a group bicycle ride/audit, and review of efforts to encourage cycling
- Meeting with city representatives and cycling interest to discuss best practices and provide feedback on how to achieve the Bicycle Friendly Community designation
- A post-visit report from The League of American Bicyclists that will provide a quick action plan and initial assessment, focusing on priority actions that will have the greatest impact on improving the bicycling infrastructure and promote bicycling with the city

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the City Council may be present at the aforementioned meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision making responsibility.  This constitutes a meeting of the City Council pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis. 2d 553, 494 N. W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the Council will not take any formal action at this meeting.
